Danger! To life due to falling load.
Loads may swivel and fall when lifting. This may lead to
serious injuries which could sometimes be fatal.
Therefore:
Do not linger under suspended loads.
Maintain an adequate safety distance when
transporting the loads.
Use reliable and flawless lifting devices.
Adjust the length of lifting devices such that the loads
are attached horizontally.
Warning! Risk of injuries due to swiveling transport unit.
The transport unit may swivel when transporting with the
crane. This may cause serious injuries and considerable
material damage.
Therefore:
Ensure that there are no persons, objects, or obstacles
located in the swiveling range of the transport unit during
transport.
Warning! Risk of injuries due to falling or tilting transport
units.
Transport units may have an off-center of gravity. A transport
unit may tilt and fall if it is fastened incorrectly. Falling or tilting
transport units may cause serious injuries.
Therefore:
Follow the marking and specifications for the center
of gravity of transport units.
When transporting with the crane, fasten the crane
hook such that it is perpendicular to the center of
gravity of the transport unit.
Lift the transport unit carefully and check whether it
tilts. If required, change the fastening point.
