Note 1
FUSE 2 and contactor may not be required if input power line is neutral. Also see Note 9.

Allow 30 seconds after turning power off before reapplying power

The ground of the drive and motor best minimizes ground currents and noise when connected
in a "star point" configuration

Cables should be properly bonded to the backpanel and implemented as close to the drive
side of the cable as possible for effective grounding. If bonding is installed, the shield on the
cable end need not be connected to the "star point" configuration. Only connect the shield on
one end of the cable; preferably on the drive side. See Installation Practices on page 21 for
full details.

Units must be installed in an enclosure that meet the environmental IP rating of the end
product ( ventilation or cooling may be necessary to prevent enclosure ambient from
exceeding 45°C).
