Function: Extracts the left-side elements of an equation or inequality.
Syntax: getLeft(Eq/Ineq/List [ ) ]
• Ineq (inequality) includes the " " (not equal to) relational operator.
Example: To extract the left side elements of

Function: Returns the result of the logical AND of two expressions.
