Drilled Barbed Fitting

The drilled barb fitting must
go into the drum, NOT the
cyclone!
7. Put the barbed nylon
hose fitting without the hole
(ABF000375) into the upper
drilled hole in the cone by
removing the plastic nut and
putting the stem through as
shown with the barbed open-
ing pointing down. Put a 5/8"
rubber washer (AFW180508)
onto the stem and replace the
plastic nut and tighten.
8. Put the barbed nylon
hose fitting WITH the hole
(AXF000375) into the lower
drilled hole in the barrel by
removing the plastic nut and
putting the stem through as
shown with the elbow pointing
up. Put a 5/8" rubber washer
(AFW180508) onto the stem
and replace the plastic nut and
tighten. (See above.)

9. Two of the four bolts
holding the motor plate
on are purposely left
loose and raised so
you can attach the filter
bracket.

10. Loosen one bolt and slide foot of filter bracket under
opposite bolt head and washer. Then tighten bolt and
washer back into motor plate to hold down filter bracket.
Tighten both bolts to secure bracket.
11. Screw supplied bolt through Bracket and fasten with nut.

12. Put open end of filter over Filter Bracket and put
bolt through filter hole. Attach self-stick washer gasket
(RSP000000) to 5/16" x 1 1/2" fender washer (AFW170000).
Put washer with gasket side to filter on bolt and thumb nut
(AFT000001) as shown above. Tighten enough to make a
firm seal but DO NOT over tighten and crack filter.
