VI. General Assembly Instructions
13. Carefully put filter down into cone and align the hole
in motor tab with the hook clamp as shown below. Then
push back of motor housing down as you push fasteners
under the cone rim. This may be easier with two people. It
is very important that there is no gap between the mo-
tor housing and the gasket. Clean air will blow out of
the cowling during normal operation to help with heat
dissipation however.

tom right of this page for assembly.
14. Put a plastic bag (AXD600300) at least14" x 16" x 36"
and 1.5 mil thick into the drum, pushing it against the sides
and bottom and then folding it over the drum rim as shown
below.

Optional Mobility Kit Assembly
Put casters (AFW170000)
through 1 1/2" fender
washer (AFW180000).
Then screw casters into
cart ring (SDD001700). Put
ring on bottom of drum as
shown and close by putting
2 1/2" bolt (AFB155180)
through 5/16" flat washer
(AFW180000),
then through ring holes,
through the other fender
washer, then fasten
with 5/16" whiz lock nut
(AFT155175).
Notice: This mobility kit is for use with
Oneida Dust Collectors only. It is not
intended as a general purpose drum
cart.
15. Making sure that the drum
lid ring is on the drum, put the
unit on the drum aligning the
top cone elbow and the bot-
tom drum elbow are in align-
ment. Fasten the ring to secure
drum lid to barrel and then
attach the clear plastic tubing
(VRV050375) to the upper and
lower elbows for the plastic bag
hold-down as shown in the
pictures at left and below.
16. To attach Hose Strap
(RHS000000), Take off Thumb
Nut on brace, put bolt through
grommet in strap, then replace
Thumb Nut as shown at left.
