A.10 Recharge receiver
Issue
Your receiver needs to be charged when:
• Battery icon shows low charge
• Receiver won't turn on
Solution
Use the Dexcom supplied charger. Full charge
may take up to 3 hours.
A.11 Water and Dexcom ONE
Once snapped into place, the transmitter is water
resistant. Swim, shower, take a bath: no need to
worry about water and your Dexcom ONE – just
leave your display device in a dry area.
If you are in water, your display device needs to be
closer than 6 meters to get sensor readings.
