CALIBRATION
What is Calibration?
Calibration is to make a full swing reference waveform to read the full
level of a signal. If the machine rejects too many notes in Mixed
Mode or in CF Detection Mode, the system might not analyze the
input of waveform. It is possible to make a standard waveform for the
system.
The below steps are necessary before doing Calibration.
1. Load default parameter. (Press : 9(menu) → 7→ 1 → C(Clear)
2. Clean UV, MR, CIS and IR Sensors.
9-1. CIS CALIBRATION
If 'MAIN PCB' is replaced with a new one or there are lots of rejected notes from failure of recognition
(NO I.D), it is recommended to make a new CIS Calibration.
1. Open upper cover then clean the sensors.
2. Place the Calibration sheet on the surface of the CIS referring to the picture.
3. Close the upper cover. Start CIS Calibration process.
