MIB-11F FITNESS SORTER 4-2 Special Mode & Functions ■ Mode FITNESS ‘FITNESS Function’ discriminates circulated bank notes between FIT or UNFIT for circulation by following USA Federal Reserve Bank Guideline. Therefore, UNFIT banknotes which are stained, have holes and graffiti etc. are deliver to the designated pocket. There are 8 parameter of items under Fitness standard discriminating between FIT and UNFIT coinciding with pre-set criteria according to USA Federal Reserve Bank guideline (2008). -

MAINTENANCE 1. Sensor cleaning. MiB-11F Machine is designed with various sensors to detect the malfunction of the Machine and show the status of the banknotes in the Machine and to recognize the denominations of the banknotes. The sensors are very delicate and if they are not cleaned correctly and regularly, this may have negative effect on the performance of the Machine as well as cause the Machine to malfunction. -

Please My machine shows upper cover opened close cover but I have hardly followed and and has press on the C button but still showing the error message
The Amrotec MIB-11F machine displays an "upper cover opened" error message even after closing the cover and pressing the C button if the upper cover is not properly locked. The cover must be closed firmly until a locking sound is heard. If not properly closed, the machine will malfunction and send many notes to the reject pocket.
