CRYO METER MBD series Instruction Manual Features and types CRYO METER MBD series is an accessory device for cryogenic thermal display. It can be used in combination with CRYO METER MBS-C or MBS, cryogenic thermocouple thermometer connected to UCI cryopump. The MBD inputs the analog output signal from MBS-C/MBS and displays cryopump 2nd stage temperature numerically. -
