G. The serial number of the Gateway software version is
shown here.
H. The serial number of the WS9 software version is
shown here.
I. The number of row units is entered here.
J. Setting for the number of sensors for the depth
stopper. Value 1 is used if there are transport wheels
in the centre section only, and value 2 is used if there
are also transport wheels on the wing sections.
K. Setting for the number of level sensors for fertiliser.
L. Select row spacing between 1-2000 mm in
increments of 1 mm.
M. Activate Task Control and open a submenu with
settings.
N. Output of fertiliser Off/Regular/FH (front hopper).
O. Micro-granulate output ON/OFF (accessory).
P. Level sensor for seed output level in the seed hopper,
where ON means there is a level sensor in the seed
hopper to the right of centre.
Q. Hydraulic wing folding ON/OFF (accessory). Only
applies only to TPF.
R. Hydraulic row unit pressure ON / OFF
S. Tramlining ON/ OFF.

Task Control

Task Control is a GPS-based help function to use in the
field. A GPS terminal supporting this function is
required for Task Control to work correctly. Contact
your local GPS supplier to ensure that you have the
correct functionality.

Functions
A. Shut-off by row
B. Section shutdown fertiliser (only if FH is selected)

Variable feed rate according to the control file for:
C. Seed
D. Micro-granulate
E. Fertiliser
This is where information is entered regarding the
geometric location of the drill in relation to the tractor.
F. Offset X = Compensation for any canting. If the
machine is pulling in one direction or if it is offset to
one side. Expressed in mm.
G. Offset Y = Distance between the coupling point and
ground contact, for example, gauge wheels.
Expressed in mm.
H. Connector = Type of coupling device. Three point
linkage or hitch.
I. Number of sections = Maximum number of devices
that the monitor sends to the Task Controller screen.
If this is exceeded, then several row units will share
one section.
Example: a 32-row machine with a maximum
number of 16 sections installed, results in only 16
sections being reported on the screen.
Settings for the stopping and starting of seed and
fertiliser output
J. SC Turn Off Time = Time compensation for seed
transportation (switch off)
Example: if it takes 4 seconds for seeds to reach the
seed coulter after the motor has stopped rotating,
then the setting in this field should be 4 seconds. This
means that the motor stops rotating 4 seconds before
the expected shut off. Expressed in ms.

B
K. SC Turn On Time = Time compensation for seed
C
transportation (switch on)
D
E
Example: if it takes 4 seconds for seeds to reach the
F
seed coulter after the motor has begun to rotate, then
G
the setting in this field should be 4 seconds. This
H
means that the motor begins rotating 4 seconds
I
before the expected switch on. Expressed in ms.
J
K
L. Section Y = Distance between the point of ground
L
contact and the point of application
J
K
This value together with the value in the field Offset
L
Y is the same as the distance from the coupling
device to the seed coulter. Expressed in mm.
If the seed coulter is placed in front of the
gauge wheels, a negative value can be
entered here.
The fertiliser settings are only available if
FH is selected.
