Stop the machine on a level ground and set
the lock bar to the frame to fix the front and
rear frames.
k
Lower the work equipment to the ground,
stop the engine, apply the parking brake,
and put chocks under the tires.

Disconnect the cable from the negative (–)
terminal of the battery.

Drain the fuel from the fuel tank.

Fuel tank: Approx. 186 l (When full)

Open and fix right and left engine side covers
(1).
a Check that the covers are locked securely.

Open radiator grille (2).
4.
Remove the 2 mounting bolts and stopper
bracket (3).
5.
Remove the 3 mounting bolts and cover (4).
a Remove this cover since the fuel filler cap
of the fuel tank will interfere with it.

Remove 3 breather hose clamps (5a) of the
fuel tank.

Remove clip (5b) and disconnect hose (5c)
from breather (5).
8.
Disconnect fuel level gauge wiring harness
connector CN-R21 (6).
9.
Remove hose clamp (7).
10. Disconnect fuel return hose (8) and supply
hose (9).
a Plug the disconnected hoses to prevent
fuel leakage.
