Removal and installation of
hydraulic oil cooler assembly
Removal
k
Stop the machine on a level ground and set
the lock bar to the frame to fix the front and
rear frames.
k
Lower the work equipment to the ground,
stop the engine, apply the parking brake,
and put chocks under the tires.
k
Disconnect the cable from the negative (–)
terminal of the battery.
k
If the radiator coolant temperature is high,
you may scald yourself with the hot cool-
ant. Wait until the coolant is cooled, and
then drain the coolant.

Loosen the radiator cap to drain the coolant.

Radiator: Approx. 22 l

Remove
the
radiator.
"Removal and installation of radiator".

Disconnect hydraulic oil cooler upper hose (1).
a Plug the disconnected hose to prevent oil
leakage.

Disconnect hydraulic oil cooler lower hose (2).
a Plug the disconnected hose to prevent oil
leakage.
5.
Remove upper 2 hydraulic oil cooler mounting
bolts (3).
6.
Remove lower 2 hydraulic oil cooler mounting
bolts (4).
