Customizing the M5317TX

Setting the volume levels

You can adjust the volume level of the handset, handsfree speaker or ringer

using either the Setup menu or the Volume key.

Using the Setup menu

1. Press Setup.

Select update item

2. Press Volume.

3. Press Ringing, Handset, or Speaker softkeys, depending upon

which volume level you want to adjust.

4. Press either end of √ to adjust the volume level.

5. Press OK, then press Exit.

Using the Volume key to adjust handset volume

1. Press either end of √ while using the handset.

Using the Volume key to adjust handsfree speaker volume

1. Press either end of √ while on a handsfree call.

Using the Volume key to adjust ringer volume

1. Press either end of √ while using the M5317TX is ringing.
