Cleaning

ATTENTION
Possible damage to the appliance.
Do not allow any liquids or moisture to get into the appliance.
Always remove the mains plug from the mains power socket before cleaning
the appliance.
Do not use aggressive or abrasive cleaning agents, as they may corrode
the surface of the casing.
If necessary, wipe the housing with a slightly damp cloth.
Clean the ventilation openings regularly with a suitable soft brush to remove
dust and dirt.
Remove the water tank 6, pour out the water and dry it well inside and
outside before placing it back in the appliance.
We recommend cleaning the water tank 6 every two weeks to prevent
mould and bacteria. Fill the water tank 6 with lukewarm water and add
some washing-up liquid. Rinse several times with lukewarm water. We also
recommend disinfection following cleaning.
To do this, use any standard commercial, alcohol-based disinfecting agent
or high-proof alcohol. Both substances are completely harmless if followed
by repeated rinsing with lukewarm water.
