When rolling
Speed: max. 10 km/h.
When turning, drive in wide curves as far as possible. The turning should be performed no sharper, than
all roller rings are still rotating forward.
Only lower the wheels when making ready for transport position.
Do not drive over any large stones, which are not moveable.
A.
After approx. 10 hours of operation, retighten the wheels, ball bearings and stop rings. Check hoses,
fittings and cylinders for any leaks and retighten.
Maximum torque according to ISO 898-1 in Nm. With lubricated thread

Control tightening:

B.
After every approx. 10 hours of operation, lubricate all movable parts in the side sections as well as
the three lubrication points of the wing cylinder. After every 30 hours of operation, lubricate the tip
cylinder pin and the three pins in the drawbar.
C.
After the season, lubricate the roller with grease and oil. Lubricate the piston rods with grease or
conservation oil.
