    26-03-2019 1. Description of the machine The Tip-Roller XL is a 5-section hydraulic roller, with a 2-section wheel frame. The main purpose of the divided wheel frame is to reduce the radius when turning in transport position and lower height in transport postition. The roller sections is mounted in a middle suspension. This construction gives the sections an independent movement from each other, which makes the roller able to follow the surface in uneven or hilly areas.

    Tip-Roller XL 12,3 – 15,3m 26-03-2019 Spring Board The spring board is adjustable by the means of the cylinders mounted in the horns for the spring board bar. If the roller is mounted with two Spring-Board bars, it is possible to adjust the angle to the surface individually by the top link (figure 6).
