The various meanings of the LEDs are described in the table below.

1: ON (green)
2: CAN comm. (green)
3: Device State (green)
4: Ethernet comm. (green)
5: Ethernet1 link (green)
6: Ethernet2 link (green)

ON: Device powered
OFF: Device not powered
It blinks when a CAN message is received
Blinks slowly (~1Hz)
It blinks when EtherNet/IP communication is running
ON: Ethernet cable connected
OFF: Ethernet cable disconnected
ON: Ethernet cable connected
OFF: Ethernet cable disconnected
