7 Operation and diagnostics
CAUTION
Crushing of body parts and damage to the system.
Unintended activation can trigger unexpected movements.
• Before any conversion or maintenance work or inspections of the system, ensure that the system is
safely brought to a standstill and is locked to prevent restarting.
Detached parts could execute unexpected movements or fall down.
• Secure the parts to prevent unexpected movements or bring them to a secure end position.
NOTICE
Maintenance work may only be conducted by trained personnel with corresponding qualifications in
accordance with this description.

Maintenance and care

Lubricate ball joints
– Lubricate the ball joints every 2000 operating hours with lubricant LUB-KC1 (tube included).
Description of the extension è 8.1.5 Demounting a pair of rods.
Lubricate the toothed belt axis
– Lubricate the toothed belt axes as follows:
