1. Spray the flanged nuts of flue gas fan
remover, leave to work, then release the screws.
Pull out motor

with the impeller.
Note
Do not dismantle the impeller.
The cables are not long enough to set the motor
down on the floor.
Note
The flue gas fan requires cleaning in the following
cases:
Vibration noises occur due to impeller imbalance
(deposits on the impeller vanes).
The boiler output is reduced.
2. Clean impeller with a spatula and vacuum cleaner.
3. Check impeller for visible damage and secure
seating.
4. Clean Lambda probe
carefully and inspect for damage. Replace the
Lambda probe if required.
Danger
There is a risk of fire and burns due to hot
components and cinders.
Switch OFF the boiler and let it cool down.
Carry out maintenance and cleaning work
only on central heating boilers that have
cooled down.
Allow hot component to cool down before
removing.
Wear suitable personal protective equip-
ment, in particular protective gloves.

5. Undo the locking screw in sensor well

6. Wind out sensor well

7. Refit the sensor well and sensor in reverse order.
8. Clean condensate trap
9. Reassemble all components in reverse order.
Check that sealing surfaces are clean.

Clean the threaded studs on flue gas fan
lubricate with assembly paste.
