Figure 14 the cap and hardware are shown here for the swivel tee
Put the swivel tee through the hole, without the cap, so that the cap goes on top. Install the
nut & bolt only until you feel some resistance – don't tighten all the way as the bolt will need
to come back out to mount the top arm later. You will need either an adjustable wrench or a
30mm socket to secure the nut.
