Purchase order

To simplify the handling, transport and mounting of the Rexroth synchronous-
torque motors of type MBT, a mounting fixture should be installed by the ma‐
chine manufacturer. This could reduce the workload considerable, in particu‐
lar in case of larger frame sizes 450 and 530. Required specifications are
contained in the data sheets at the end of the chapter.
With his self-construction, the machine manufacturer can account for design-
engineering details and special work flows at the machine during mounting,
commissioning and service.
Against extra charge, Rexroth can provide mounting rings for frame sizes 450
and 530 upon request. Depending on the purchase order, stator and rotor are
connected via a mounting ring and supplied in premounted state ex works.
Special design engineering features of the machine or spe‐
cial-purpose solutions cannot be taken into account for
Rexroth mounting rings.
The mounting ring by Rexroth is only intended as a mount‐
ing or application aid and has to be removed before the mo‐
tor is started.
Please note the safety notes to handle magnetic parts.
