Maintenance
The Maintenance page allows the Administrator to upgrade the KN9008 /
KN9016's firmware, and to backup and restore the KN9008 / KN9016's
configuration settings and user profile information.
Firmware Upgrade
As new versions of the KN9008 / KN9016 firmware become available, they
can be downloaded from our website. Check the website regularly to find the
latest information and packages.
Note: 1. The firmware upgrade described in this section refers to the KN9008
/ KN9016's icard firmware.
2. Each time you perform this upgrade, you may also upgrade the
mainboard firmware (see Chapter 12, The Firmware Upgrade
Utility).
To upgrade the icard firmware, do the following:
1. Download the new firmware file to your computer.
2. Open your browser; log in to the KN9008 / KN9016; and click the
Maintenance icon.
3. Click Browse (to the right of the Firmware File text input box); navigate
to the directory that the new firmware file is in and select the file.
4. Click Upload.
