Power LED off or Flashing Green
If the PWR LED is off or flashing Green, this may indicate the unit is on battery reserve
(flashing) or (if off) has no power. A bad LED is also possible. This can be caused by one of the
following conditions:
■ Loss of commercial power
■ Malfunctioning or disconnected UPS
■ Malfunction of LED at ONT
■ Defective LPS wiring

During installation and sometimes
after fiber is connected, this LED
will flash. If flash continues, more
than a few minutes, this OLT must
be checked to verify:
■ ONT is provisioned
■ Serial number matches
■ ONT not provisioned at the OLT
■ Marginal optical signal level or
■ Malfunction of LED at ONT
■ Open fiber (no signal)
■ Failure at OLT
■ Failure at ONT
