Adjustment of the threaded rod
The gripping range must be adjusted always in the right way (see adjustment of the gripping range). Otherwise
there is no warranty that the tension force is sufficient for a safety gripping of the gripping good. Otherwise
there is a danger that the load could fall down.
With the adjustment of the gripping range must not the following:
The lower bolt nut on the threaded rod (1) must not drive on block, during the gripping action (lifting of a gripping good).
That means, to keep a minimum distance from 50 mm between the bolt nut (3) and the bottom part (2). Otherwise is the
buffer of the tension force to low.
