1. Loosen and remove the mounting screws from both sides of the mounting rail and
set them aside to reuse for securing the foam carrier in the next step.
2. Place the half shears on the rear side of the foam carriers and use the M3.5
mounting rail screws to secure the foam carrier assemblies snugly against the rear
of the G8332 unit. Torque the screws to approximately 1.1 Nm ± 0.1 Nm (10
inch‐pounds).

To install the 1U air‐duct option in a 19" rack, complete the following steps:
Half shear
Mounting screws
Note: There are additional M3.5 screws in the air‐duct assembly kit.
Foam carrier snug against rear of unit
