5. Press File Management.
Press Update Product Data to update the data files.

If you have more than one Product Data file stored on your USB Flash Drive, select the
file you want to install then press Copy to Printer.
7. You see a progress bar while the file is loaded. Once the process is complete, you see the
home screen.
8. Remove the USB Flash Drive.

You can use a USB Flash Drive to transfer updated Application Software from your PC to your
printer. Save the latest application in the root directory of a USB Flash Drive.
Plug the USB Flash Drive into the USB port on the side of the printer.
