You can copy the Product Data File from the printer to a USB Flash Drive.
1. Insert a USB Flash Drive into the port on the side of the
printer.

Enter the Admin password and press

Press Maintenance.

6. Press Copy to USB. You see a progress bar while the file copies. When the copy is
complete, you see the Maintenance screen.
