Dell has enhanced our embedded management without the need to install a software-
based agent within the host operating system.
At the heart of the 13th-generation servers' embedded management is the iDRAC8
with Lifecycle Controller (LC) technology. This technology allows users to perform
useful tasks such as configuring BIOS and hardware settings, deploying operating
systems, updating drivers, changing RAID settings, and saving hardware profiles.
Together, they provide a robust set of management functions that can be leveraged
