When your vehicle turns sideways or
turns over.
2. Do not lean on the steering wheel/
instrument panel (air bag unit) during
the driving, it will lead to serious body
injuries by the inflation of the air bags
in the event of severe frontal collision.
3. The SAS air bags will not operate,
unless the ignition switch is turned
"ON". Therefore, the SAS air bag will
not operate even if your vehicle head­
on collides with other vehicle or ob­
jects while the ignition switch is turned
"LOCK" or "ACC".
4. If you put any object between the driver
/ front passenger and the steering wheel
/ the instrument panel, it may lead to
serious body injuries by improper opera­
tion of the air bag in the event of severe
frontal collision.
5. If you hold the pad section of the steering
wheel /the instrument panel, it may cause
serious injuries by the operation of the air
bag in the event of severe frontal colli­
sion.
