To support hood
Insert the hood brace into the slot on the
hood.
WARNING
Make sure the hood brace supports the
hood securely after Inserting It. Failure
to do so could cause the hood to fall
and result In serious bodily injuries.

To close hood
1. Set the hood brace in the original position,
while holding the hood by your one hand.
2. Lower the hood and push it down gently.
WARNING
Make sure the hood is securely
closed and latched before driving.
Otherwise, the hood could acciden­
tally open fully and the driver's vi­
sion will be blocked.
Should you notice, while driving,
thatthe hood Is not securely locked,
immediately pull your vehicle safely
to the side of the road, stop the
vehicle and latch the hood securely.
