Mill/Blower doesn't turn.

CAUSE
Improper tractor hook-up
Tractor being operated at an
angle.
PTO shaft bent.
PTO shaft bearings worn.
Mill Engaging Pin not engaged
or improperly engaged.
Mill/Blower drive belt slipping.
Transmission shear bolt
sheared.
Front drive chain disconnected.
Transmission rear drive
chain disconnected.
Sprocket key sheared.
Transmission gear key
sheared.
Broken shaft.
Front drive chain is broken
or disconnected.
Transmission shear bolt
sheared.
