Possible Cause
● The output cable to
the outdoor fan
drive is short-
circuited or
grounded.
● The power grid
voltage exceeds the
upper threshold.
● The outdoor fan is
faulty.
● The outdoor fan
drive is faulty.
● The heat
dissipation fan is
faulty.
● The ambient
temperature
exceeds the upper
threshold.
● The outdoor fan
three-phase loads
are imbalanced.
● The outdoor fan
drive is faulty.
EEPROM read/write
fails.
The sampling circuit of
the outdoor fan drive
is faulty.
Replace the outdoor
fan drive.

Solution
1. Replace the output
cable to the
outdoor fan drive.
2. Power off the
system and check
that the power grid
input voltage meets
the specifications.
3. Replace the
outdoor fan.
4. Replace the
outdoor fan drive.
1. Replace the heat
dissipation fan.
2. Power off the
system and power
it on after the
ambient
temperature drops
to a proper level.
1. Check whether the
outdoor fan is
faulty.
2. Replace the
outdoor fan drive.
Power off the system
and power it on 10
seconds later. If the
