Possible Cause
● The
communications
cable between the
indoor and outdoor
units is not properly
connected.
● The outdoor fan
drive is faulty.
● The outdoor unit is
not powered on.
● The
communications
port of the main
control board is
faulty.
● The
communications
cable to the
temperature
control intelligent
monitoring board is
not properly
connected.
● The temperature
control intelligent
monitoring board is
faulty.
● The power supply
to the temperature
control intelligent
monitoring board is
abnormal.
● The main control
module is faulty.
● The external fan
speed is too high.
● The outdoor fan is
faulty.
The total runtime of
the outdoor fan
exceeds the alarm
threshold.
10 Alarm Reference
Solution
1. Maintain or replace
the outdoor fan
drive.
2. Power on the
outdoor unit.
3. Maintain or replace
the main control
board.
1. Check the
communications
cable connection to
the temperature
control intelligent
monitoring board.
2. Replace the
temperature
control intelligent
monitoring board.
3. Check the power
cable connection to
the temperature
control intelligent
monitoring board.
4. Replace the main
control module.
5. If the fan is
working properly,
add a baffle plate
on the air return
side of the outdoor
unit.
6. Replace the
outdoor fan.
Replace the outdoor
fan, and clear the
accumulated runtime.
