Possible Cause
● The cables to the
temperature and
humidity sensor are
loose or damaged.
● The temperature
and humidity
sensor is faulty.
The water overflow
sensor detects water
or the sensor is faulty.
● The power supply
frequency is below
the lower
threshold.
● The SPD and
voltage detection
board is faulty.

Solution
1. Check the cables to
the temperature
and humidity
sensor.
2. Maintain or replace
the temperature
and humidity
sensor.
If the water overflow
sensor is configured,
check and clear the
water source, and
maintain or replace
the sensor.
1. Check the power
supply frequency,
and ensure that it
is within the
working range.
2. Replace the SPD
and voltage
detection board.
