Symptom
The
humidity of
the
computer
room is
high, or
condensate
water
generates.
Power
failures
occur on
the active
and
standby
routes.
The electric
heater
switch trips
abnormally
.
The electric
heater
fails.
The
compressor
switch trips
abnormally
.
The electric
heating
belt of the
crankcase
does not
heat.
Issue 05 (2020-10-10)
Possible Cause
The server heat load for each
smart cooling product is lower
than 5 kW.
1. The input power has an
open phase.
2. The contactor fuse in the
active route is damaged.
3. The interlock contactor and
middle contactor are
damaged.
The switch is faulty.
The electric heater contactor is
not closed.
The switch is faulty.
1. The electric heating belt of
the crankcase is
disconnected abnormally.
2. The fuse has blown.
3. The electric heating belt of
the crankcase is short-
circuited abnormally, and
the fuse has blown.

9 Troubleshooting
Solution
● Check that the doors,
windows, floors, and ceilings
of the equipment room are
properly sealed.
● If the outside environment
humidity is too high, shut
down the fresh air system.
● In modular datacenter, open
the modular doors and
ceilings, or open some false
panel on the IT rack.
1. Rectify the power supply fault.
2. Replace the fuse.
3. Replace the interlock
contactor and middle
contactor.
Replace the electric heater
switch.
Replace the electric heater
contactor.
Replace the compressor switch.
1. Replace the electric heating
belt of the crankcase.
2. Replace the fuse.
3. Replace the electric heating
belt of the crankcase and the
fuse.
