To configure VoIP ALG:
1. In the navigation bar, select VoIP ALG.
2. On the VoIP ALG page, enter information as follows:

MGCP Call Agent Port
MGCP Media Gateway Port
MGCP Notified Entity Port
Description
If a MGCP ALG is needed, enter the IP
address for the MGCP Server as
provided. This address should be
reached via the Provider side Ethernet
port.
The MGCP server provides media
gateway control protocol service to IP
phones, client adapters and gateways.
The Call Agent port specifies the port
number that the Call Agent (soft-switch)
listens to for messages from the phones.
(Default is 2727)
The Media Gateway port specifies the port
number the Media Gateway (phones)
listens to for messages from the
soft-switch. (Default is 2427)
The Notified Entity port specifies the port
number that the soft-switch uses for
notifications from the phones, e.g. hook
up, hook down, digits. (Default is 2432)
