1. Assemble the swing pole post (21 L/R) to each swing axle of the upright post (30) and lock it
by the bolt (14), spring washer (19) and washer (15)
2. Using the nylon nut (52), washer (53) lock the connecting pole post (51L/R) to each crank
axle of main frame (42).
3. Using the bolt (46), washer (31) and the nylon nut (20) lock the swing pole post and the
pedal pole post.
