3 Wiring

Using a DC Power Supply

This section gives the power supply specifications for using a DC power supply
input. Use the Fuses given in the following tables to protect the power supply
line and SERVOPACK. They protect the power line by shutting OFF the circuit
when overcurrent is detected.
Note: The following tables also provide the net values of the current capacity and
inrush current.

*2. These Fuses are manufactured by Mersen Japan.
*3. If you use a DC power supply input with any of the following SERVOPACKs,
externally connect an inrush current limiting circuit and use the power ON and
OFF sequences recommended by Yaskawa: 
SGD7S-330A, -470A, -550A, -590A, or -780A.
There is a risk of equipment damage.
For information on the power ON and OFF sequences, refer to the product
manual for your SERVOPACK.
