(horizontal)
1. Hold the height-adjustable arm
2. Move the lever [1] counterclockwise
 Locking of the height-adjustable
arm is released
3. Adjust the desired height
(continuously variable)
4. Move the lever [1] clockwise
 Height-adjustable arm is locked
again
5. Check secure locking
