1. Remove and bleed air pressure from valve.
2. Remove valve cap (402).
3. Disconnect coupling (404) from valve shaft (401).
4. Remove air cylinder (405) from valve cap (402).
5. Lubricate and replace o ring (403).
6. Perform any other valve maintenance as required.

7. Reattach air cylinder (405) to valve cap (402).
8. Pull air cylinder (405) shaft out and attach
coupling (404).
9. Attach coupling (404) to valve shaft (401) and
piston (401).
