Construction and function

5.1
Summary / Functional description
The digital room thermostat is used for fan drive in fan
coil units. The temperature of the fan convectors is
steadily controlled by a valve which is activated by an
actuator. When the room temperature has reached the
set nominal value, the valve will be closed and the fan
will keep running.
Setting of the nominal value via touch screen,
visualisation on a large LCD display with blue
backlighting which is active when pressing the keys.
Operating functions: Heating, cooling, ventilation. Fan
speed: slow, medium, fast or automatic. The settings
can be stored. The valve and fan coil are relay-
controlled.
