Open a fiber file that has been saved onto the internal storage of the Handset Controller.
Open File Will List Current Files Saved to the Handset
Overwrite the current fiber file with any changes that have been made to the parameters.
Create a new fiber file with the current parameters set. You will be able to custom name
each file.
