20. Troubleshooting

Status
No GPS signal.
No radio reception be-
tween pulse watch and
pulse rate monitor.
Possible cause
The pulse watch cannot receive
signals.
Battery / rechargeableis empty.
The distance between the pulse
watch and the pulse rate moni-
tor is greater than three meters.
Another transmitter is interfering
with the reception.
Battery / rechargeableis empty.
Remedy
Stand with the pulse watch out-
doors (open sky, no obstacles
due to trees, houses etc.).
Replace the battery of the pulse
rate monitor or charge the battery
of the pulse watch.
Reduce the distance.
Change your location by a couple
of meters.
Metal parts, electrical cables
or electrical devices obstruct
smooth reception.
Replace battery of the pulse rate
monitor.
