When you start the software for the fi rst time, you are prompted to set up a username
and password. In this dialogue, you must also defi ne the folder path for saving data
from the pulse watch.
'File'
In this menu, you can export the data to other media / folders or import it again.
You can choose from the following fi le formats (fi le ending):
• .tkl:
Workout data with GPS position data.
• .ss:
Workout data without GPS position data.
• .kml:
File format for data exchange with Google Earth.
• .gpx:
File format for data exchange with other GPS programs.
• .nmea:
File format for data exchange with other GPS program especially in the
marine zone.
• .csv:
File

'View -> Refresh'
In this menu, you can read the workout history and update the fi le structure.
'User'
In this menu, you can manage the users. Changes become effective only when you restart the soft-
ware.
'Data Transfer -> Receive from watch'
Before selecting this function, the pulse watch must be connected to the computer!
In this menu, you can send the workout data from the pulse watch to the computer. The process
starts automatically after selecting the menu item. The workout data is saved in the folder of the user
logged in.
The fi le name containing workout data is composed of the date and time when the
data was saved on the pulse watch. Example: Saved on 07.01.2010 at 20:26:08
hours produces the fi le name '20100107202608.tkl' (saved with GPS position data).
