4 Sets network address. Values are 0 to 15 for
<Addr> character values of 30 to 3F hex.
Provide 70 ms delay after an address
change before next command. Note - The
serial address and the GPIB address are the
same parameter. Changing either one,
changes both settings.

Changes take place after the prompt. Allow
