corresponding optimal settings. We will show you which
heating method and temperature are most suitable for
your dish. You will receive information about the correct
accessories and the height at which they should be
inserted. You will receive tips on shapes and preparation.
Note:
When preparing food, a lot of water vapor can
form in the cooking compartment.
Your appliance is very energy efficient and only emits
little heat to the outside during operation. Due to the
high temperature differences between the interior and
the exterior parts of the appliance, condensation can
form on the door, control panel or nearby furniture
fronts. This is a normal physical phenomenon. Through
preheating or opening the door carefully, the
condensate can be reduced.
General instructions
Recommended setting values
In the table you will find the optimal heating method for
various dishes. Temperature and duration depend on
the quantity and recipe. That is why setting ranges are
specified. Try it with the lower values first. At a low
temperature, the food browns more evenly. If
necessary, set the oven higher next time.
Note:
Cooking times cannot be shortened by higher
temperatures. The dishes would then only be cooked
on the outside, but not well cooked on the inside.
The setting values apply to products that are placed in
the unheated interior. This way you can save up to 20
percent energy. When you preheat, the indicated baking
times are reduced by a few minutes.
Preheating is required for certain dishes, this is
indicated in the table. Only place your dish and
accessories in the cooking compartment after
preheating.
If you prepare something according to your own recipe, use
similar dishes as a basis. Additional information can be found
under the tips after the setting table.
Remove unused accessories from the interior. This
gives you an optimal baking result and saves you up to
20 percent in energy.
Heating method mild hot air
Mild hot air is an intelligent heating method for healthy
cooking of meat, fish and pastries. The device regulates
the energy supply in the
optimal interior space. The product is prepared in
stages using residual heat. This way it stays juicier and it
browns less. Depending on the preparation and the
dish, energy can be saved. If you

open the oven door early during cooking or this effect
disappears due to preheating.
Only use the original accessories that come with your
device. These are optimally adapted to the cooking
compartment and the heating methods. Remove unused
accessories from the cooking compartment.
Place the dishes in the unheated, empty interior. Keep
the appliance door closed during cooking. Use only one
level.
The mild hot air heating method is used to determine
the energy consumption in the
circulating air mode and the energy efficiency class.
