Replacing the interior lamp on the ceiling
If the interior lamp has failed, it must be replaced.
Temperature-resistant 230 V halogen lamps, 40 watts,
can be obtained from the after-sales service or your
specialist retailer.
Hold the halogen lamp with a dry cloth. This extends
the life of the lamp. Only use original lamps.

Warning – Risk of electric shock!
When the lamp is replaced in the interior, the contacts
of the lamp socket are live. Before proceeding with
replacement, pull out the mains plug from the socket or
switch off the fuse in the meter box.

Warning – Risk of burns!
The appliance becomes very hot. Never touch the hot
surfaces in the cooking compartment or heating elements.
Always allow the appliance to cool down. Make sure there
are no children around.
Place a tea towel in the unheated interior to prevent

Unscrew the glass cover to the left (Fig. !).

Pull out lamp - do not turn (Fig. ").

Insert a new lamp, paying attention to the position
of the pins. Press the lamp firmly.
Screw the glass cover back in. Depending on the type

of device, the glass cover is fitted with a sealing
ring. Replace the sealing ring before screwing in.
Remove the tea towel and switch on the fuse.
