Install a ½" strain relief on the
router power cord where it emerges
from the dust box and secure by
tightening the screws.

CAUTION
This machine creates a lot of wood
chips or dust during operation.
Breathing airborne dust on a regular

port and secure with a wire hose
clamp. (See Fig.40)

Test Run Procedure
Once you router table is completely
assembled and you have mounted
your router, test run the machine to
ensure it is properly connected to the
power source and safety components
are functioning properly.
If you encounter a problem during
the test, immediately shut down the
router and disconnect it from the
power source. Fix the problem
BEFORE operating the router again.
Consult the Troubleshooting table in
the SERVICE section for help.
1.
Clear all tools away from the
router.
2.
Ensure the power ON/OFF
paddle switch is set to the OFF
position.
3.
Ensure the router power cord
is connected to the electrical box on
the router table.
4.
Connect
the
power cord to a power source.
5.
Reach into the dust box and
turn the router switch to ON.
6.
Using the paddle switch, turn
the Router Table to ON, verify that
