• Switch monitor OFF and ON again.
• If the fault persists, return the monitor for service.
2. 'ZERO FAULT' and a wrench symbol, alternating with a gas reading, as illustrated in
Zero Fault (LEL).
• Leave monitor ON for 30 to 60 minutes.
• Switch it OFF and ON.
• If the fault persists, return the monitor for service.

5.5.4. Sample / Flow Fault

If a sample fault occurs, 'FLOW FAULT' alternates with the mode name, as shown in
Fault (CSM).
• Pump switches off (except Confined Space mode)
• Pump symbol disappears
• Fault LED tuns ON.
Check sample line, filter or probe for blockage. Clear blockage then restart the pump by pressing
the FLOW ACK button.
