Troubleshooting

Ensure to turn OFF the appliance and the power supply before taking the actions in the table below
Problems
The appliance does not turn on.
Even though the power is on, the appliance
does not start blending.
The appliance stops during blending.
The mixture in the Blender Jug is leaking.
There is abnormal noise or vibration.
The Cutting Blades is spinning freely without
cutting.
• A "kiiiiin" sound may be heard during operation. This is normal.

Causes
The Plug is not inserted to the root of the
power source.
The Blender Jug or the Mill Container is not
placed correctly.
Overloaded with ingredients or prohibited
ingredients are used.
The Safety Lever is stucked.
The Circuit Breaker protection is activated.
• Too many ingredients or hard ingredients
are used.
Prohibited ingredients are used.
Maximum operating time is exceeded.
The Blender Jug Base is attached loosely.
The Blender Gasket is not installed correctly. Install the Blender Gasket correctly.
The Blender Gasket is not installed.
Wrong Base is used.
The Safety Lever is stucked.
Too many ingredients in the Blender Jug.
The Blender Jug Base is attached loosely.
Ingredients are stuck to the wall of the
Blender Jug.
Quantity of the liquid is low.

Actions
Insert the Plug down to the root.
Place the Blender Jug or the Mill Container correctly.
Do not exceed the working capacity of the ingredients and
ensure that prohibited ingredients are not used.
Disassemble the Blender Jug Base and follow the
assembly sequence (Page EN5).
Reduce the ingredients to less than 1/2 of the working
capacity and/or remove hard ingredients and resume
operation.
If it still does not start, reset the Circuit Breaker by
pressing
Do not repeatedly reset the Circuit Breaker.
Remove prohibited ingredients.
Turn off the power and refer to the recommended
operating time (page EN3).
Tighten the Blender Jug Base fi rmly onto the Blender Jug.
Install the Blender Gasket.
Ensure to use the correct Base.
• Assemble the Blender Jug Base to the Blender Jug
(page EN7).
• Assemble the Mill Container Base to the Mill Container
(page EN9).
Disassemble the Blender Jug Base and follow the
assembly sequence (Page EN5).
Turn off the appliance and reduce the ingredients.
Tighten the Blender Jug Base fi rmly onto the Blender Jug.
Turn off the appliance and insert the Scraper to circulate.
